Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. hires its Chapter Manager/Secretary who is automatically on the Board of Trustees. The Columbus Division Chairman appoints three other contractors who are members of the Columbus Division of the Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. with the approval of the Chapters Board of Directors. Thus, the EICOLMCC Board of Trustees consist of four union members and four contractors management members.
