THIS PROGRAM OFFERS AN EXTENSION OF SERVICE TO THOSE AFFECTED BY FLOODING AND OTHER NATURAL DISASTERS THAT OCCURRED IN 2010. REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE SERVICES - THIS PROGRAM OFFERS CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LIVING ON A FIXED INCOME. ASSISTANCE WITH PAYMENT OF FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS AND MONTHLY HOUSEHOLD BUDGETING ARE AMONG THE SERVICES OFFERED IN THIS PROGRAM. PAYMENTS FOR MONTHLY NEEDS, SUCH AS RENT, UTILITIES, GROCERIES AND OTHER PERSONAL NECESSITIES WERE PROVIDED FOR OVER 203 PARTICIPANTS AS OF 12/31/10. WIN-WIN PROGRAM - IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LA CROSSE INTERFAITH COLLABORATIVE FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THIS PROGRAM OFFERS EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES THAT MAY BE HAVING DIFFICULTY SECURING PERMANENT HOUSING. THE PROGRAM OFFERS AN INCENTIVE BASED APPROACH TO HELP OFFSET RENT & HOUSING COSTS BY HAVING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES PARTICIPATE IN AN EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR. FAMILIES SERVED IN 2010 WERE DISTRIBUTED 5,070 IN DIRECT CLIENT AID FOR HOUSING ASSISTANCE.

SCHOOL SUPPORT SERVICES - THE PROGRAM PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION SERVICES FOR CARETAKERS, SCHOOLS AND DAY CARE CENTERS THAT ASSIST CHILDREN WITH THESE DISABILITIES. AN ON-SITE SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES WAS OPENED IN SUMMER 2010 TO ENHANCE EXISTING PROGRAMMING DURING THE SCHOOL DAY AND PROVIDE SCHOOL DISTRICTS WITH ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMMING FOR THESE CHILDREN. AFTER SCHOOL SUPPORT SERVICES - THE PROGRAM PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO CHILDREN AFTER THEIR REGULAR SCHOOL DAY.
