What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Payment of mortgage, utilities, taxes and related expenses for the Chapter House of the Kappa Delta Chapter of the Chi Phi Fraternity, including the administration of leases and collection of rent payments from undergraduate tenants. Also, raising contributions from the Alumni of the Kappa Delta Chapter of the Chi Phi Franternity and overseeing the rehabilitation of the Chapter House.
