In prior fiscal years, the Foundation incorrectly recorded amounts collected and held on behalf of another entity as temporarily restricted and unrestricted net assets instead of a liability, thereby understating liabilities, and overstating net assets, revenues and expenses. Temporarily restricted net assets would have decreased by $33,570 and unrestricted net assets would have decreased by $4,788 as of April 30, 2010, and net income would have decreased $6,217 for the year ended April 30, 2010 had the liability been recorded in fiscal year 2010. As of April 30, 2010, the Foundation did not record contributions of $25,000, thereby understating cash and revenues. Temporarily restricted net assets would have increased by $10,000 and unrestricted net assets would have increased by $15,000 had these contributions been recorded as of April 30, 2010. NET PRIOR PERIOD DECREASE TO NET ASSETS - $13,358
