Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Club files income tax returns in the U.S. federal jurisdiction. The Club is no longer subject to U.S. federal and state income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2007. Currently, there is no examination or pending examination with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Club adopted the provisions of FASB ASC 740-10, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes, on April 1, 2009. As of March 31, 2011, there are no tax positions for which the deductibility is certain but for which there is uncertainty regarding the timing of such deductibility. The Club recognizes interest accrued related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in operating expenses. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, the Club recognized $0 in interest and penalties. The Club recognized $0 for the payment of interest and penalties accrued at March 31, 2011.
