		form is reviewed by the President and Secretary/Treasurer.

		reviewed annually by the elected Executive Board. The Board
		looks at comparability to the members represented, other Presidents in
		similar locals, and business CFO's. Staff compensation packages are
		collectively bargained and brought to the Executive Board for
