THE RAPID RE-HOUSING STARTED IN MARCH OF 2010. THE RAPID RE-HOUSING GRANT FOCUSES ON GETTING CLIENTS OUT OF THE FSPP SHELTERS AND INTO COMMUNITY HOUSING. THE MERIT INCREASE PROCESS WAS DEVELOPED WITHIN THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE AND INVOLVES THE SUPERVISOR AND EMPLOYEE REVIEWING A PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FORM JOINTLY WITH WRITTEN EVALUATION BEING SOUGHT FROM THE EMPLOYEE PRIOR TO THE MEETING. THIS IS THEN SCORED AND COMPARED TO OTHER OBJECTIVE DATA PROVIDED BY ALL THE SUPERVISORS FOR ALL THE EMPLOYEES. RAISES ARE BASED ON THIS SCORE AND THE FUNDING ANTICIPATED AND APPROVED BY THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS. IN ADDITION, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REVIEWS ALL OF THE DATA AND SIGNS EACH OF THE PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS. THE SALARIES OF THE DIRECTORS WERE PROVIDED TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR REVIEW.
