Part X	Part X : FIN48 Footnote	In 2009 the organization adopted the Accounting Standards Council's new accounting standard for accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. The standard provides guidance for the financial statement recognition, measurement and disclosure of uncertain tax positions recognized in an entity's financial statements. Under this guidance, income tax positions must meet a more-likely-than-not recognition threshold at the effective date to be recognized upon the adoption of the standard. The organization did not have any unrecognized tax benefits and there was no effect on its financial condition or results of operations as a result of implementing this standard. When necessary, the organization would accrue penalties and interest related to unrecognized tax benefits as a component of income tax expense.The organization is exempt from federal income taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6), except for certain income which is classified as unrelated business income.
