What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, CIVIC, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC AND AGRICULTURAL (REGARDING THE HARVESTING OF AQUATIC RESOURCES) ACTIVITIES. THE ORGANIZATION ENGAGES IN THE FORMING OF A SECTOR OF FISHERMEN ("MEMBERS") TO RECEIVE OR ACCEPT AN AGGREGATE ALLOCATION OF FISHING PRIVILEGES TO BE HARVESTED BY MEMBERS. IN ADDITION, IT WILL MANAGE THE HARVEST OF THE AGGREGATE ALLOCATION OF FISHING PRIVILGES AMONG THE MEMBERS, TO ENHANCE THE CONDITIONS OF THE MEMBERS AND THE RELEVANT FISHERIES AND TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF HARVEST OF THE RELEVANT FISHERY RESOURCES.
