Form 990, Part VI, Line 6	Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	There are approximately 120 members of the club who meet once each year to elect a seven member Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 4	Form 990, Part VI, Line 4: Description of Significant Changes to Organizational Documents	By-Laws Amended and Restated 7/2/111. If a member is in arrears for non-payment of dues or assessments and has been given proper notice as reflected in the Covenants and Restrictions, he shall not be entitled to vote at any meeting of the club until such matter has been corrected.2. A proxy shall be good only for the matter of business and for the specific meeting for which the proxy was executed. The proxy shall be revocable.3. The Board of Directors shall consist of seven persons, four representing lot owners and three representing non-lot owners. The directors will be elected for a two-year term which will be staggered for either one or two years beginning in 2011.4. The Board has the authority to make capital improvements not to exceed 5% of the previous year's revenue without approval of the membership at large.5. It shall take a 75% majority of those present at any regular or special meeting of the membership to amend the bylaws.
