Briefly describe the organization’s mission: We provide financial products and services-such as savings and loans. We offer low opening balance and low minimum balance requirements on savings accounts, offer competitive loan and savings rates and low or no cost services. We make loans as small as $200. Our loans are simple interest, with no prepayment penalty. We offer hardship loans to assist members who have bad credit and we offer Credit Builder loans to help members rebuild their credit. We offer $300 in overdraft protection on checking accounts and give up to 30 days for them to repay that. We offer payday-type loans to help members who have expenses that hit them before their paycheck arrives. We co-op with other credit unions in Shared Branching network so that our members have convenient locations nationwide to get to their money.
