Spousal Travel	Part I, Line 1	MGMA leaders and their spouses are expected to convene and host a number of social events and other networking activities at Annual Conferences, Section /Assembly /Society meetings, and Board of Directors meetings. These events are designed to facilitate networking among leaders of the Associations and to stimulate the development of personal relationships that are essential for the effective performance of the Associations' leadership team. MGMA reimburses travel expenses for the spouses (or significant others) of their Board Chairs (or Vice-Chairs when attending in lieu of the Board Chair) and for the CEO for selected meetings, in accordance with the Board Travel Reimbursement Policy and with the CEO's employment contract. In the event that the spouse (or significant other) of an association leader otherwise eligible for spousal travel reimbursement does not perform the expected duties described above, any associated expenses will not be reimbursed by the Associations.

Compensation Setting Policy	Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Executive Committee serves as the compensation committee and utilizes comparability data. The Board of Directors delegates responsibility for the compensation decision to the Executive Committee for the CEO's compensation. The compensation for the other officers and key employees is determined using the same process. It is based on comparability data, which is reviewed and approved by the Executive Committee.
