	The Organization is a chapter of the Order Sons of Italy in America (OSIA) which is the largest and oldest organization in the United States representing Americans of Italian heritage. Americans of Italian descent is described by the U. S. Census Bureau at the fifth largest ethnic group in America. The Organization (Denver Lodge) coordinates its work at the State and community level to assist in uniting all people of Italian descent to celebrate the culture and heritage of their ancestral country while celebrating the contributions of Italians to America.The Denver Lodge gives back to the community in many ways. The Lodge coordinates gives to the less fortunate, contributes to nationally recognized charities and annually awards individual student scholarships of $1,000 each on a competitive State wide basis. to deserving students.The scholarship monies are applied toward tuition at accredited community college or university.

Americans of Italian descent is described by the U. S. Census Bureau at the fifth largest ethnic group in America. The Organization (Denver Lodge) coordinates its work at the State and community level to assist in uniting all people of Italian descent to celebrate the culture and heritage of their ancestral country while celebrating the contributions of Italians to America.The Denver Lodge gives back to the community in many ways. The Lodge gives to the less fortunate, contributes to nationally recognized charities and annually awards individual student scholarships of $1,000 each on a competitive State wide basis. to deserving students.The scholarship monies are applied toward tuition at accredited community college or university.
