Program Summary- Cessation of Operations	Part III, Question 3	Effective April 1, 2006, all members of HomeTown Health Plan were transferred to HPUOV which included membership in HomeTown's HMO and Medicare Advantage plans. Benefits for the insured members remained the same under HPUOV. In addition, HomeTown discontinued writing new policies as of March 31, 2006. The runout claims for these member were assumed to be all paid prior to January 1, 2008. The intentions are to keep Hometown Health Plan as a dormant company until there is a product to market in the future. The original intent was to run Ohio Medicaid business through Hometown Health Plan. We submitted our bid for the Medicaid business, however we were not one of the Companies the State selected. The Medicaid contract was a multi-year contract and we are still discussing whether we want to bid on this business in the future.
