In 2010 we were contracted by NCUA to manage another Credit Union. Based on that reason were granted extensions for our 2009 990 return. However this year on March 7, 2011 NCUA approved our Purchase and Assumption agreement to acquire that Credit Union. Due to the time period of acquiring the IRS gave us the automatic three month extension for our 2010 return. We asked the IRS for a second extension due to the computer conversion taking prioritiy.
