Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6		The organization is a not-for-profit corporation with members. Members are major owners of facilities who are buyers of construction services, each of whom selects a representative to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors elects members of the Executive Committee to act on their behalf, subject to review by the Board. The organization also has Associate Members from contractors, design professionals, consultants and others who provide services to the Owner members. Associate Members have voting rights on committees which report to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a		Annually the Board Members elect the Executive Committee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b		The Board shall conduct the business, property and affairs of the Corporation. The Board shall elect all officers of the Corporation, who shall serve on the Executive Committee which shall be empowered by the Board to carry on the official business of the Corporation. The Executive Committee shall be responsible for the daily operations of the Corporation and provide the supervision for the President and other Corporation sraff.
