If you or a relative receives any payment, gift or other consideration as a result of saction or business dealing involving Generations Credit Union you will have violated this policy. If you have violatred this policy, you maybe subject to disciplinary acton up to and including termination. Conflicts for employees are reviewed by CEO. The Chairman of the board would review any conflict of interest related to the CEO. Conflicts of interest for members of the board would be reviewed by the Chairman of the Board and the Supervisor Committee. If there is a conflict of interest with any of the above, these individuals would be prohibited from particpating in the gorvering body's deliberations and decesions in the transactions. |
