Form 990 Part III	4d	YOUTH ACTIVITIES, BIRTHDAY CLUB SISTERS, VARIOUS SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. An active Youth club provides many activities. Youth members are taken camping, taken to public recreational facilities, hold meetings to learn proper meeting protocol and learn responsibility. They compete in a state wide point system with other lodges. The youth provide assistance at lodge functions in numerous ways. The Birthday Club Sisters meet monthly and provide, among other services, pastries for lodge functions.
Form 990 Part IX	7	GENERAL INFORMATION Clerical salaries of 21,374.00 were paid to a single employee. The balance of amounts reported on W-3 are misc payments to bar help, clean-up crews, set-ups for functions, etc. and they are recorded as direct committee activities expenses.
