What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The mission of Dallas Medical Resource DMR is to develop the Dallas health care community as a major regional, national, and international center for health care based on the exceptional quality of Dallas health and medical services, factilities, medical education, and research to serve as a forum for collaboration between the business community and health care providers in Dallas and to have Dallas recognized as a leader in health care service, medical education, and research.
