The referendum vote shall be taken by mail according to the plan and method approved by the Board of Directors; 3) a proposed amendment shall be adopted upon receiving a 2/3 vote in the affirmative of the ballots received within the time specified by the Board of Directors for counting the ballots. The amendment shall become effective on the date the ballots are counted unless a different effective date is specified in the proposal. |
