During FY2011, the corporation served 60 clients. The Corporation continued its industry efforts, but also placed a greater emphasis on building maintenance (eight industrial properties), development of affordable housing and labor recruitment.

Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Company is exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, but the subsidiaries are "for-profit" entities subject to income taxes. Income taxes are provided for the tax effects of transactions reported in the financial statements of the subsidiaries and consist of taxes currently due or receivable plus deferred taxes related primarily to differences between the basis of investments and notes receivable for financial and income tax reporting. The deferred tax amounts and liabilities represent the future tax return consequences of those differences, which will either be taxable or deductible when the assets and liabilities are recovered or settled. The Company has adopted the provisions of FASB Accounting Standards Codification Topic ASC 740-10 (previously Financial Interpretation No. 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes), on April 1, 2009. The implementation of this standard had no impact on the financial statements. As of the date of adoption, and as of March 31, 2010 and 2011, the unrecognized tax benefit accrual was zero. The Company will recognize future accrued interest and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense if incurred. The Company is no longer subject to Federal tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2008.
