THIS MEMBERSHIP ENTITLES YOU TO VOTE FOR BOARD MEMBERS AT THE ANNUAL MEETING HELD IN AUGUST. THIS IS THE ONLY RIGHT THAT A MEMBER HAS. THEY DO NOT APPROVE SIGNIFICANT DECISIONS ONLY THE BOARD HAS THAT RIGHT.

TYPICALLY, FOUR OR FIVE NAMES ARE PROPOSED, FROM WHICH TWO OR THREE USUALLY AGREE TO JOIN. THESE CANDIDATES ARE THEN PROPOSED AS A SLATE OF NEW TRUSTEES AT THE FOLLOWING ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING.
