Collegiate members must have paid in full housing/decorating fund fees, and must have met all other financial obligations to the collegiate chapter.
Form 990, Page 6, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a:		A nominating committee of at least 3 members of the corporation shall be appointed at least one month prior to the annual meeting. Nominations for board membership are taken from all members on the floor of the annual meeting. The officers of the corporation are elected annually by the board of directors immediately following the annual membership meeting. Each shall hold office until she resigns, is removed, or is otherwise deemed unqualified to serve. Corporate powers are vested in the board. Decisions of the board can be challenged by parliamentary procedures in place.
