Changes in Program Services	Form 990, Part III, line 3	The health and welfare plan was terminated and the association dissolved effective December 31, 2010 after substantually all plan assets were used for the payment of health benefits, distributed to participants for payment of benefits and/or to subsidize payment of employee contributions or for payment of administrative expenses. The residual amount held back to ensure payment of all plan obligations was then transferred to another health plan and trust for the provision of benefits to Portland General Electric Employees and Retirees.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 4		The Board of Directors authorized the Board of Management (the Executive Committee) to terminate the health and welfare plan and dissolve the association. A vote of the members (plan participants) ratified this decision. Accordingly, the Articles of Dissolution were prepared and signed by the President and Vice President of the Association. The Plan termination and Association dissolution were effective December 31, 2010.
