Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Plan has adopted FASB ASC 740, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes, which prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return and also provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties and disclosures required. The Plans determination as a tax-exempt entity is considered a tax position subject to the requirements of FASB ASC 740. There were no unrecognized tax benefits at December 31, 2010, and the Plan does not believe it is reasonably possible that unrecognized tax benefits related to this tax position will significantly change within twelve months of the reporting date. The Plan would recognize interest and penalties, if any, related to unrecognized tax benefits as income tax expense. The Plan did not have any accrued liabilities or expense for interest or penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits for the years ended December 31, 2010 and 2009. The Plan has tax returns that remain subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service. These include 990 forms for 2008 through 2010. The 5500 forms for 2005 through 2010 remain open to inspection by the Department of Labor.
