What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Equality Utah is a membership organization comprised of people from Utah's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and its allies. The organization's purpose has been successful in securing passage of local and state policies that protect and secure rights for LGBT Utahns.
