Part V, Line 4	Part V, Line 4: Intended uses of the endowment fund.	Robert C. Olsen Endowment Fund was established by the membership of the Council in honor of Robert C. Olsen, whose vision led the effort to construct the first WSC-PDCA building in 1980. The building was later sold and the proceeds are now maintained in this Fund within an investment account managed by a brokerage company. Earnings of the Fund may be used for Council needs. The principal of the Fund may only be disbursed for such Council needs as may be approved by a three-quarter (3/4) majority of all active members.
