Conflict of Interest Policy	Part VI, Line 12c	The organization follows & implements the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City conflict of interest policy as set forth by the Finance council of the Catholic Foundation of Utah. The organization relies on self-reporting of conflicts of interest. If a conflict of interest is reported, the organization enforces the policy by removing the employee from the situation in order to prevent the conflict of interest.
Compensation Determination	Part VI, Lines 15a & 15b	The organization follows & implements the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City process for determining compensation. The Presbyteral Council of the diocese advises the bishop on what priest compensation should be. All priests are compensated equally in the diocese.
