The Plan has obtained a favorable ruling from the Internal Revenue Service approving the application for tax exempt status under IRC Section 501(c)(9). The Plan sponsor believes that the Plan, as amended, continues to qualify and to operate as designed and, accordingly, the trust's net investment income is exempt from income taxes. It is the opinion of the Plan sponsor that the Plan has no uncertain tax positions that would be subject to change upon examination.
