THE MANAGEMENT FEES ARE 4 - 5% OF THE GROSS RECEIPTS OF THE PROPERTIES. THE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS ARE ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS UNTIL TERMINATED BY EITHER PARTY WITH 30 DAYS' WRITTEN NOTICE. PROVIDENT RESOURCES GROUP, INC.'S EDUCATION PROPERTIES ARE MANAGED BY UNAFFILIATED MANAGEMENT COMPANIES. FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2010, MANAGEMENT FEES TOTALED $884,404.
