Briefly describe the organization’s mission: UNITED WAY OF CENTRAL AND NORTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT HAS BEEN MEETING HUMAN CARE NEEDS IN THE 40 TOWNS THROUGHOUT CENTRAL AND NORTHEASTERN CONNECTICUT FOR MORE THAN 80 YEARS. WITH ITS NETWORK OF PARTNER AGENCIES, VOLUNTEERS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS, OUR UNITED WAY TAKES A LEADERSHIP ROLE IN CHANGING CONDITIONS TO IMPROVE LIVES IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.
