THIS COMMUNICATION REFERENCE SOFTWARE HAS JUST BEEN OFFICIALLY RELEASED TO PROMOTERS AS RELEASE 1.0.0. THIS SOFTWARE HAS PASSED THE 55 WIRELESSHART TEST CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FROM THE HART COMMUNICATION FOUNDATION (HCF). THERE WILL BE FURTHER RELEASES AS THE SOFTWARE MATURES AND MORE AUTOMATED TESTS BECOME AVAILABLE FROM THE HCF.     Costs of membership at the "Promoter" level are:
    Initiation Fee - $200,000 USD
    Annual Dues - $40,000 USD
    "Promoter" members have the following benefits:
    - All benefits of "Adopter" members
    - Source code and object code license to all software
    projects developed within WiTECK, leading to design
    flexibility
    - Voting rights
    - Opportunity for a seat on the Board of Directors
Pt VI-A, Line 7a   All "Promoter" members have voting rights to elect one
    or more members of the governing board.
Pt VI-B, Line 11a   Form 990 is reviewed by the President and certain
    board members prior to filing.
Pt VI-B, Line 15   No management officials or officers received
    compensation during FYE 4/30/10.
Pt VI-C, Line 19   WiTECK does make its governing documents, conflict
    of interest policy, and financial statements
    available to the public. Governing documents such
    as Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are
    available on the WiTECK website (www.witeck.org).
