		time as the audited financial statements. Members of the board review
		the financial statements with the auditor. Board members may review
		Form 990 at their convenience.
		12c. The water supply has a conflict of interest policy which prohibits
		the employment of an individual who is related to a board member. The
		application fo employment asks if the applicant is related to a board
		member. Inquiries are also made of board members.
