THE ORGANIZATION IS A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION. ANY WOMAN OR GIRL MAY JOIN THE ASSOCIATION. REGULAR MEMBERS INCLUDE WOMEN EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE THROUGH AGE FIFY-NINE (59) YEARS OF AGE. JUNIOR MEMBERS INCLUDE YOUNG WOMEN FROM BIRTH THROUGH SEVENTEEN (17) YEARS OF AGE. SENIOR MEMBERS INCLUDE WOMEN AGE SIXTY (60) AND OVER. IN ANY PROCEEDING IN WHICH VOTING BY MEMBERS IS CALLED FOR, EACH MEMBER FIFTEEN (15) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, IN GOOD STANDING, SHALL BE ENTITLED TO CAST ONE (1) VOTE. EVERY EMPLOYEE RECEIVES AN EMPLOYEE EVALUATION PRIOR TO THE START OF THE FISCAL YEAR (WHEN INCREASES ARE GIVEN.) IN CONJUNCTION WITH EACH DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR, AND AFTER CONSULTING THE EVALUATIONS, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPROVES LABOR RATE INCREASE AMOUNTS FOR EACH EMPLOYEE. IN ADDITION, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DETERMINES THE SALARY INCREASES FOR EACH DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR AS WELL AS THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE. AFTER COMPLETING A 360 PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MAKES A SALARY INCREASE RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. THE GUIDELINES FOR THIS INCREASE IS BASED UPON THE OUTCOME OF THE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND THE PRE-DETERMINED RANGE OF LABOR RATE INCREASES. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS VOTES ON THE SALARY INCREASE FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
