Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Club is a nonprofit organization exempt from federal income taxes on related income under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. However, income from certain activites not directly related to the Club's tax exempt purpose is subject ot unrelated business income tax. Therefore, the Club adopted the provisions of Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes. Those provisions clarify the accounting and recognition for income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in the Club's annual reporting returns. The Club's reporting returns are subject to audit by federal and state taxing authorities. The Club's open audit periods are 2008 - 2010. The Club has not recorded any income tax provisions in the financial statements as the Club has determined it does not have unrelated business income subject to taxation.
