If you have violated this policy, you maybe subject to disiplinary acton up to and including termination. Conflicts for employees are reviewed by CEO. The Chairman of the board would review any conflicts of interest related to the CEO. Conflicts of interest for members of board would be reviewed by the chairman of the Board and the Supervisor Committee. If there is a conflict of interest with any of the above, these individuals would be prohibited from particpating in the governing body's deliberations and decesions in transcactions. |
