TO SUPPORT THE PURPOSES AND GOALS OF THE WASHINGTON CATTLEMEN'S ASSOCIATION AND TO PROVIDE THE ASSOCIATION WITH A STABLE SOURCE NON-DUES INCOME TO SUPPORT ITS FULL RANGE OF ACTIVITIES, IN PROMOTING AND PROTECTING THE CATTLE INDUSTRY IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON.
