What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To positively impact and improve patient well being and healthcare outcomes. To execute this Mission, the Society will base its efforts on the following 3 ideologies: 1. To inform consumers about services case and care managers provide, 2. To educate physicians and other providers about improved patient outcomes through the services case and care managers provide, and 3. To educate payors and regulators about improved patient outcomes that case and care management services can provide.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 PROGRAM REVENUE IS TO EDUCATE ITS MEMBERS, THE HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS, MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, INSURANCE AND RELATED INDUSTRIES, AND THE PUBLIC IN THE ADVANCEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT IN THE QUALITY OF HEALTH CARE AND THE BENEFITS OF CASE MANAGEMENT. THE EDUCATION PROCESS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH DISCUSSIONS, EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS, SEMINARS AND NETWORKING. GENERALLY, EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS PAY FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXHIBIT THEIR PRODUCTS AND/OR IDEAS AT THE VARIOUS PRESENTATIONS.
