Sch J, Part I, Line 1a	Part I, Line 1a: Relevant information in regards to selections on 1a.	The filing organization provides an executive allowance to the Business Manager of $100 per week. The executive allowance has been approved by the organization's Governing Body. The executive allowance is to be used by the Business Manager to pay for incidental business expenses incurred in the course of performing his duties for the organization. The weekly executive allowance is given to the Business Manager in order to lessen the burden of substantiating business expenditures which are de minimis. The executive allowance is designated as taxable compensation to the Business Manager.The filing organization provides a per diem amount for each day of travel out of town if made in connection with the duties of employment. Per diems were given to thirteen full-time officers, three part-time officers and the organizer in 2010. The daily per diem amount is intended to cover the cost of the employee's meals and incidentals while out of town on business. The Business Manager of the organization assigns which employee(s) is to attend each out of town function by letter addressed to the respective employee. The amount of the daily per diem is determined by the Financial Secretary Treasurer and is dependent on the location of the out of town function. The daily per diem amount is then compared to the United States General Services Administration per diem rates by location which is published annually. The daily per diem amount paid in excess of the amount of meals and incidentals published by the United States General Services Administration for the location of the out of town function is designated as taxable compensation to the employee.The filing organization also provided a monthly automobile allowance to fifteen full-time officers which were provided with employer-owned automobiles during 2010. The monthly automobile allowance was for the purchase of gasoline by the full-time officers for their respective employer-owned automobile. The amount of the monthly automobile allowance is based upon the distance each respective officer has to travel on a regular basis to perform his duty for the organization. When deemed necessary by the Financial Secretary Treasurer, the monthly automobile allowance amount is reviewed and adjusted. The adjustment is based upon the average percentage increase or decrease in gasoline prices in the Chicago land area as found on the chicagogasprices.com website. Any increase or decrease in the amount of the monthly automobile allowance is first presented to the organization's Governing Body as well as the Finance Committee. The monthly automobile allowance provided is designated as taxable compensation to each respective full-time officer.
