The last dae the salaries were set for Employees was December 2011. The Manager and Board determine the Per Diem and mileage rate at the beginning of each year, or as set by the IRS.

F990_P11_S00_L05	Form 990, Part XI, Line 5	This figure represents the 2011 Capital Credit Allocation of $63,965 less a computer error ($9,375) that placed Jourrnal entries for Capital Credit retirements in both the billing and accounting side. For instance, to make a refund of a Capital Credit check, the process can be processed through billing as well as the Accounting side, and I was unaware of this.
