The President shall determine staffing needs annually and present the salary plan to the Board to be acted on as part of the annual budget.Each employee will complete the STAR program within 15 months of hire date. Current employees (at time of adoption) will complete the STAR program within 12 months. Attendance at Chapter meeting is encouraged.PAY RANGES. Clarified that effective 1/1/96 all salaries would be adjusted to conform to the new pay scale adopted 11/16/95. Schedule last amended with additional positions 8/22/96 and last revised for cost of living allowances 7/1/10.
