What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To provide a club and forum for canine obedience and care for persons living in the Elkhart County and surrounding area. To foster, promote, support, develop, and encourage proper canine care and dog obedience training and to operate programs and activities ancillary to and in support of canine obedience and training.
