		Client Note 2 - Due to the flooding in the Missouri River in 2011 the campground was not operated as usual during the summer of 2011. 		Client Note 1 - This return reflects the casualty loss from Missouri River Flooding of 2011.Improvements with a net book value of $27,813 were destroyed in the flooding with no insurance proceeds received.
