    DURING 2010, THE ORGANIZATION SOLD INVESTMENTS THAT HAD BEEN HELD IN PUBLICLY TRADED STOCKS. DUE TO THE CHANGES IN THE STOCK MARKET, THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE INVESTMENTS HAD DECREASED SIGNIFICANTLY AND THE ORGANIZATION HAD LOST THE MAJORITY OF ITS INVESTMENT. NO DISTRIBUTIONS WERE MADE AS THE SMALL AMOUNT OF PROCEEDS RECEIVED FROM THE SALE WERE USED TO PAY FOR ORDINARY ORGANIZATIONAL EXPENSES.
