ORGANIZATION MEMBERS   THE ORGANIZATION'S MEMBERS ARE THREE ASSOCIATIONS WHICH REPRESENT THE CONTINUUM OF LONG-TERM CARE PROVIDERS AND THE PEOPLE THEY SERVE: THE OHIO HEALTH CARE ASSOCIATION (OHCA), THE OHIO ACADEMY OF NURSING HOMES (OANH), AND LEADINGAGE OHIO.
Amendment to Organization Documents 990 Part V, Line 34 The Coalition Members agreed to amend the Code of Regulations and Articles of Incorporation for purposes of effectuating the distribution of the existing funds of $503,458 upon the dissolution and termination of Caring for Ohio Org. The Coalition Members acknowledged and agreed that the remaining cash held by Caring for Ohio Org was contributed as follows: 68.12% is attributable to contributions by OHCA; 13.35% is attributable to contributions by LEADINGAGE OHIO; and 18.53% is attributable to contributions by OANH.
