Form 990-EZ, General Explanation.1 Reason for Late Filing of Return The organization attempted to file timely but was unable to due to the IRS system upgrade performed earlier this year. Subsequently, the organization made additional attempts to file the return electronically but, had no success. The organization has always filed timely and respectfully request that any penalties be waived as this is the first time. Additionally, the organization uses all monies collected from contributors to help stop women's addiction of any kind.A penalty against the organization would be detrimental to the organization's mission to stop addiction throughout the community.Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
