1	The Foundation received funding from Tennessee Valley Authority to help restore and improve tourism in Roane County and Harriman, TN after the catastrophic "Ash Spill" in December 2009. This money is being used to restore an Historic theater in downtown Harriman as a base for improving the economy in Harriman and Roane County. The resulting structure will be used both by the community and Roane State Community College. The College will be teaching Music,Art, Drama, TV and Radio Production and other classes in the facility. Productions will be done that are both free to the public as well as ticketed venues. Construction in Progress as of December 31, 2011 was approximately 80%.	0
