		Form 990 Part III Line 1 - Organization Mission To increase the professionalism of Association's members by providing educational opportunites each year, to strengthen community relationships between members and consumers and to oversee and be informed about issues that involvle private property rights. Form 990 Part III Line 4a - Program Service Accomplishments Line 28 - We provide education classes eight times a year at general membership meetings. We provide classes with enough hours to meet our members' risk management quota for relicensing every two years. These classes cover topics that are important and necessary for the membership's business; we also participate in community activities that help home ownership, like the Homeward Dreams program, we sponsor and put on an easter egg hunt at our local city park, we support and put together a christmas basket program for low-income familities, and we support our 4H-FFA annual stock auction. Line 29- We advocate for private property rights. Our officers and directors are informed and knowledgeable about local government issues. We send our leadership to State and National meetings to become informed about ucoming trends and important issues that could have impact on the real estate profession. Line 30- We have an ombudsman program to help the public settle issues with our membership; we also have a strong professional standards program in place if a formal complaint is filed. The members that serve on this important committee receive special education for preparation.
