A performance review and pay adjustment authorization are written up by the Board President based on the Governing Board's deliberation. These documents are given to the Club Controller by the Board President and become part of the Club manager's personnel record.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11	Form 990, Part VI, Line 11: Form 990 Review Process	The Form 990 is reviewed by the organization's Controller. It is then presented to the Secretary/Treasurer and President for final review.
