If the 990 is not complete before the February meeting the 990 is e-mailed to the board for review. The board members e-mail question and once these have been satisfied the return is filed.
  Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The organization has a written conflict of interest policy, which is regularly and consistently monitored and enforce compliance with the policy. As board meetings are conducted, any issues that would be a conflict of interest are identified and resolved. Due to the nature of the organization there are little to no such issues. In addition since the organization is mainly an education organization and the directors are not compensated, there are few conflicts.
